A private room with a table for eight and a display for presentations and video calls — for a client meeting, an interview, a board meeting or a team working session.

Book by the hour or the day, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET

Start any half hour in that window, for an hour or more, or take the whole day. If the room is free, it is yours: no membership and nothing to join first.

How booking and access work

  1. Choose the conference room, a date and your hours (or the whole day) on the booking page, and pay online.
  2. When the booking confirms, you get a guest Wi-Fi login. Door access works through the app or website — no credential to install.
  3. Invite your attendees from your booking. Each one registers before they arrive.
  4. Come to the second floor at 5 West Gay Street. Open The Node app or thenodewc.com and tap Unlock during your booking, between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET. Support is answered 24 hours a day, every day at 1-877-877-2508 or support@hts.pro.

Conference room questions

When can I book the conference room?

7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET. Hourly bookings start on any half hour in that window, with a 1-hour minimum; a day booking covers the same 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET window. The booking page only offers times the room is free.

How many people does it hold?

Eight: you plus seven attendees. Each attendee registers for your booking before arrival.

Can I present or join a video call?

Yes. The room has a display for presentations and calls, and the suite has fast guest Wi-Fi on its own segmented network.

Do I need a membership?

No. Book the room by the hour or the day online and pay at checkout. If you meet here often, the 10-hour pack lowers the hourly rate.

What hours does my credential work?

Door access runs 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET, every day — the same hours the room is bookable, whether your booking is an hour or the whole day. Support is answered 24 hours a day, every day if you run into a problem with your credential.

Who runs the room?

The Node is operated by Harris Technology Services, the security integrator in the building.
